At Indigo Moon Thrift, we work hard to get your orders to you quickly and with care.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. customers. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or postal service issues.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Indigo Moon Thrift, every item is handpicked with love, and because most of our treasures are one-of-a-kind pre-loved pieces, all sales are considered final. Please read descriptions and check sizing carefully before purchasing.
That said, your happiness matters to us. If you receive an item that was misrepresented in the listing (such as major undisclosed damage or the wrong item sent), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Refunds or shop credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Fit or sizing issues (vintage sizes often vary)

Normal wear consistent with secondhand/vintage items
